2. Services
Camino Claro provides personalized planning sessions and consultations designed to help you prepare for future fin goals. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations are handled through our booking system.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. If you need to change your session date, you may transfer to another available slot within 30 days of the original date. Sessions clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are final sale; this applies to one-to-one offerings at a special rate.
3. Digital Products
We offer downloadable guides, video lessons, and templates. All digital products are delivered electronically upon successful payment.
Requests for a refund of a digital product must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any substantial use of the item. To request a refund, please use our contact form and include your order number and purchase date.
4. Physical Goods
Printed workbooks, binders, and related materials are shipped to your provided address. Shipping times vary based on location.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Fees and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of order or booking.
6. Refund Policy
Camino Claro is committed to clarity in our refund procedures. Below is an overview:
- Services: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Transfers to another available session are allowed within 30 days. No refunds for non-refundable sessions or after the session date.
- Digital Products: Refund requests accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is not substantially accessed. Submit your request via our contact form.
- Physical Goods: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds issued within 10 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. All requests must include proof of purchase and a clear reason for the request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camino Claro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any products or services obtained through the site.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
